DESCRIPTION

Ever since the outbreak of SARS (2003) and COVID-19 (2020), it has become clear that good hygiene practices, both personal and public, can act as a critical deterrent in succumbing to the disease. The organisations/ facilities should have a set of good hygiene practice in all necessary aspects of deterring disease, including management commitment, risk management, staff personal hygiene habit, environmental hygiene and hygiene operation, pest control, waste / chemical management, incident handling and contingency plan, periodical testing of micro-biological bacteria on air / water /surfaces, periodical monitoring and continual improvement.

This is a half-day training course ,and it is comprehensive to provide delegates with practical workshops on Hygiene Control Management and demonstrate the general approach in establishing practical hygiene control documentation. This course will help delegates to gain understanding in systemizing the hygiene control policy, additionally to ensure that the hygiene control standard is compiled and effective; as well as the quantity of bacteria is under control.

Through implementing hygiene control management system, the organisation can show their hygiene commitment to the public for gaining trust from society; enhancing the brand image to become more competitive in the market place

Demonstration of effective general ways for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving the organisation’s HCMS;
Introduction of hygiene control management system documentation;
HCMS precaution measures and procedures
Monitoring the hygiene operation through HCMS records
Cases studies and examples of discussion
